Ognyx — Return & Refund Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to all products purchased through ognyx.com, including saunas, hot tubs, and related accessories. It does not apply to installation or maintenance services unless otherwise stated.
2. Right of Cancellation / Return
Customers have the right to cancel their order without providing any reason within 14 business days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product has not been installed or used.
To initiate a return, please send an email to support@ognyx.com including your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
Once your request has been reviewed and the returned item inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, complete with all components and original packaging.
